Are there legitimate legal words for these thoughts? :

  1. "knowingly charging a party with a different standard of law based on discrimination of any kind"
  2. "Knowingly charging a party with a crime that you yourself are committing or have committed"

1.) equal protection violation/selective prosecution , both of which have been used to successfully overturn convictions

2.) certain things like this could run a prosecutor afoul of a judge, and can reflect so poorly on an argument made in bad faith that the argument is dismissed by the judge... but I'm unaware of any specific legal jargon that uniquely describes this situation
