They might be but their commanders aren't. Anyone who thinks the military is gonna play any role at all, besides potentially a negative one, remains fooled.

They both just were ordered to return to the US, along with about 20% of the enlisted and officers under their command, but with no specific orders, but to leave their families, one in Korea and one back from Japan.
Of course I have no idea what they are being told because they are both offline
