This is true. But for how long? They are only being bought cause they can sell something. Because they are members of a still powerful government. If the USA breaks apart or is conquered why would the, for example, Chinese pay them anymore knowing they're degenerate traitorous scum with no leverage and no value. Why not appoint an apparatchik Chinese and hang these scum to try and curry favor with disgruntled locals. Their shortsightedness and greed is a liability even to the foreign interests they serve.
