Open Letter Response to Sen Tom Tillis, a Feckless Jackass Hiding Behind Bill Barr's and GSA's Seditious Statements Regarding Election and Voter Fraud
What Tillis Sent me today
Dear Mr. ********:
Thank you for taking the time to contact me about the November 3, 2020, general election and the presidential transition. I appreciate hearing from you.
Voting is a fundamental right of all American citizens who meet constitutional eligibility, and we must robustly protect that right and ensure that only votes cast by eligible individuals are counted. Under Article I, Section 4 of the Constitution the states – acting through their elected officials – are responsible for establishing election laws to protect the integrity of the democratic process and maintain public confidence in elections. It is not the role of the federal government to mandate a one-size-fits-all approach that fails to provide states with the flexibility necessary to administer elections in their state. For instance, when I was Speaker of the House in North Carolina, I pushed for a commonsense voter ID law to help prevent fraud and ensure the integrity and confidence of our voting process.
Over the past few weeks, I have heard from many North Carolinians about potential election fraud during the general election. President Trump and all other candidates for office have every right to request recounts and litigation to ensure state election laws were followed, just as other Democrat and Republican candidates have done before. On December 1, 2020, Attorney General William Barr stated that the Department of Justice has not uncovered any evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election. Anyone who committed election fraud, voter intimidation, or voter suppression should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you would like to report an act of election fraud, voter intimidation, or voter suppression, contact information for the Offices of the U.S. Attorneys for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina can be found on the Department of Justice website: https://www.justice.gov/usao/find-your-united-states-attorney. If you have any additional questions you can reach out to the North Carolina State Board of Election at: https://www.ncsbe.gov/voting.
The U.S. General Services Administration Administrator Emily Murphy released a statement on November 23, 2020, stating that she would be releasing $7.3 million in funds for the presidential transition to the Biden transition team. Ms. Murphy additionally stated that this decision to release the transition funds was made independently using public information and followed precedent from previous legal challenges and recounts. Lastly, Ms. Murphy noted that the GSA does not determine the outcome of legal action or recounts but does have to meet the requirements under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963.
On December 14, 2020, the Electoral College met to cast their votes for President. Each state receives a number of electoral votes equal to its representation in the House and Senate. For example, North Carolina receives one for each member in the House plus two for its Senators, so we have 15 electoral votes. To be elected President, a candidate must receive 270 electoral votes. Each state’s electoral votes are cast according to the state’s laws, most of which direct their electoral votes be cast for whichever candidate received the most votes in the state. North Carolina’s electors cast our 15 electoral votes for President Trump. However, in total Vice President Joe Biden received 302 electoral votes and President Trump received 232 electoral votes. Now that the Electoral College has voted, it appears that Vice President Biden is the presumptive President-Elect. However, I believe it is essential that all legal proceedings should continue to be reviewed by our justice system to ensure a fair election. Please know that I will continue to work with my Senate colleagues, and state and local officials to ensure elections remain secure and their integrity is upheld.
*Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me about this important issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me again.
Dear Senator Tom Tillis:
-
Please allow me to confirm with you that you absolutely did not investigate any of the links that I sent you, including the raw, unaltered video of election fraud caught on film in fulton county by election officials and is absolutely, evidenciary and proof-positive and irrefutable.
-
There are over 200 other legal exhibits of election and voter fraud that you have not even addressed
-
Instead, you have chosen, in a very inauthentic and cowardly way, to "Hide" behind an "argument from authority" logical fallacy and chosen to use this fallacious conclusion by the DOJ to shirk your Constitutional duty to represent ME and others, and to protect us from crimes, and protect us from corruption. This, sir, makes you fiduciarily and criminally negligent, because you have already been given examples of election fraud, and you chose to hide behind conclusions of another official, instead of fulfilling your consitutional obligation to the public.
-
Also, Bill Barr and the DOJ also said they did not look at any evidence, so their statement is misleading. You cannot "find any evidence" that you do not look for. The DOJ has not been investigating, and therefore they've not found anything--see how that works? You people are not fooling anyone
-
The same concept applies to the GSA. The GSA doesn't want to be a part of this battle because a) they aren't a court, b) they aren't an investigative body, c) they want to stay out of it and to the best of their knowledge, Joe Biden 'won' the election. They are fulfilling their obligations. One cannot say the same for the DOJ
-
Mr. Tillis, you just outed yourself as being part of a corrupted system, and now everyone knows. I am going to be posting this open letter on social media and asking people to promote it, so that the people of our republic are informed and can make informed decisions about kicking snakes out of their dens and keeping them out. Yes, I'm calling you a snake. You're either a snake or you are too unintelligent and incapable of understanding the situation unfolding and thus are absolutely disqualified from serving the people of North Carolina or the nation generally. Are you a snake or are you stupid? Give me your job. I'd do a better one with no experience, because I'm a better person than you are and so is everyone reading this.
-
When you use language like "ensure elections remain secure and their integrity is upheld" that suggests in a very malicious and manipulative way that the elections are secure and have integrity, and from what information I gave you in the links I sent you, this body of evidence proves beyond any doubtg that these elections have ZERO integrity and are NOT secure. So it would seem you're in the business of "official" propaganda and not TRUTH
People yearn for Truth. They are not putting up with these types of neurolinguistic programming attempts to manipulate their minds any more with boilerplate lies, sophistry, logical fallacies, "calm down and shut up, citizen", and arguments from authority types of responses. You may not respect me, or anyone else you serve, and that is fine, but you, sir are done.
You're not going to be around much longer if we the people have anything to say about it. Please resign now, or just wait for an equal and opposite response to what you and your malicious quisling confederates have attempted to pull off in America, and have signally failed to accomplish.
Fuck Thom “Snake in the Grass” Tillis
