The rank and file members of the combat units lean heavily right. However, the officer class is a bunch of neoconservatives. They are not going to fight this battle for us. The non-combat soldiers are packed with minorities, foreigners, liberals and other people who lean left. Some lean right, but many lean left.
The one and only way to create an environment where the military would either stay out of it, or soldiers might refuse to fight, would be if actual violence started.
The United States military is not going to step in on the side of Trump supporters. They will suppress Trump supporters in Washington DC on the 6th of January.
You're 100% right, and that makes our numbers in DC even more important and if the majority are not armed, it won't matter if theres 10 million.
The point is that no matter what uniform they wear, if they in the way, they in the way.
Rest assured that the military is not going to step in and do the fighting for us. I don't care what the president orders them to do, at the very most they will block movement of traffic, or movement of people.

As far as I know, the last time the National Guard went rogue was at Kent State. I have no idea what you think is going to happen in DC, but it's a peaceful protest. Antifa never shows up when there are large crowds (though they like to pick off stragglers when it gets dark.) Unless Trump supporters start acting the fool and getting destructive, aggressive etc. no one is going to bother you. Wait and see.

Trump needs to use them surgically while he still has that power. Small teams to grab evidence and arrest people. An occupying force will never work as long as all the Patriots remain armed!
