SloOlePede 3 points ago +3 / -0

How many of these would be up on any given day?

6
HMFIC_Sheepdogs [S] 6 points ago +7 / -1

1 is normal. Sometimes 2.

2
SloOlePede 2 points ago +3 / -1

Probably none. I'm sure the autist who watches the military planes ever day would know.

one just vanished.

E6s have EW capabilities to include the ability to broadcast over radio stations.

If these are flying in large numbers over the next few days maybe there will be the opportunity to broadcast?

If they’re coms planes, maybe they have them in the air in case of coms systems going out on the ground?

Londonrain 3 points ago +3 / -0

what the hell is going on with Snow14s flight path?

3
HMFIC_Sheepdogs [S] 3 points ago +4 / -1

The flight paths can look all messed up when the transponders are being blocked/jammed

How do you know they are E6's and not regular 707's?

3
HMFIC_Sheepdogs [S] 3 points ago +4 / -1

They are tagged E6 or KC135. These are all tagged E6

2
Vadernocturnus 2 points ago +2 / -0

They show you the type of plane when you click on them, They are confirmed 707's?

Asking because I'm having a hard time using the websites interface

I saw an E-4B as it was taking off a little bit ago on there.

1
HMFIC_Sheepdogs [S] 1 point ago +2 / -1

Normal to have an E-4B up 24x7x365. We often can not see it though. Transponder off or blocked. I am actually shocked they let us see the E-6s

FrappedmyPants 1 point ago +1 / -0

I did see it shadowing a KC-135 very closely which was a bit interesting. It popped up a little bit ago taking a trip again.

2
LAnderson 2 points ago +3 / -1

Can you please link me to the website that you are looking at?

HumasTaint 2 points ago +3 / -1

So these are up to create their own communications network in case everything else goes down?
