Can't remember if I answered you or not, having trouble with that here, so I'll do it again if I didn't:
All I remember (no idea who even tweeted it in the first place ... someone well-known, but it's gone, so ...) is that the announcer seemed to be speaking Spanish. Seemed like a TV show w/ audience possibly. There were no identifying features like from a certain channel or broadcaster, etc., because I did look. I clicked the video and it didn't lead to anywhere else. But I am pretty sure it was a foreign dance show type-thing of some sort w/ announcer. There were 3 couples and they all looked like professionals, dancing the same steps, not like Dancing With the Stars. I hear about a lot of dance shows and different formats on TV nowadays, IDK which one to compare it to because I haven't watched any besides DWTS, & that was a while ago.
