This is a bigger plot of brainwashing on our way to a transhuman future where your grandkids are not allowed to have children for population control. As part of that, social distancing will be the law to prevent contact with the opposite sex. Vaccines will be used to make people infertile. Genders will be "erased" to no longer be biological, but what you choose to identify as.
