He was arrested in DC after getting off the plane.

The District of Columbia prohibits the possession, sale or other transfer of any large capacity ammunition feeding device, regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. This includes possession.

He fucked up. Or it was planted.

Weird that the DC cops were staked out at the airport over a burned flag...

He was on a list and they waited until he was in DC so they had some charges. Or it was planted. Over a BLM flag...

He didn't fuck up. The District of Columbia fucked up by disregarding the Constitution.

100% true.

Take that and $1 million in lawyer fees to court and you have a 10% chance of winning your case. Sadly.

'Pedes can up those odds if the momentum of the 6th is not lost. There's no reason to let up at all until everyone is free and Trump is able to do his job without distraction.

He wouldn't have been able to get on the plane if he had high capacity mags (or mags of any kind for that matter) on him or in his luggage.

Legal in checked bags. Depending on destination. Can fly into Reagan with gun, mags, and ammo if declared and stored properly.

If checked bags, they could have been planted on him at the airport

I think they can go as stowed luggage. Maybe carry-on if empty. Airlines may differ.

But when you land in DC you are now under DC law.

this is egregious. our first amendment doesn't stop at a state's border. weak SCOTUS made this possible.

(meanwhile Justice Thomas is a national treasure.)

I could see a few plastic AR mags making it by. Still doesnt make sense. Why travel with mags but no gun?

So would a knife, but I've flown with one in my carry on that was x-rayed on multiple occasions. Also what's the legality on flying with firearm parts? I've flown with an optic before, but that's it. If it was legal in the state he was leaving, it's likely they didnt care. if his bags were scanned coming in and the mag is illegal in DC, you have the current situation.

edit: From TSA.gov

"Firearm parts, including magazines, clips, bolts and firing pins, are prohibited in carry-on, but may be transported in checked bags. Check with your airline to see if they allow firearms in checked bags. Read the guidelines for traveling with firearms."

Maybe the guns were already waiting in DC?

6

Makes sense that the mags would be with those guns too. This is very fishy unless he was trying to get arrested. These are low level misdemeanors but his arrest brings massive attention and creates anger among patriots. He could've driven there but he would've never been noticed in the big crowd and the police would not have tried to arrest him in a crowd of PB's. Going to jail over misdemeanors is nothing. He knows this.

A movement like this needs a spark, flashpoint and even martyrs.

Did he take a private plane?

This......... might be the actual answer if he was arrested for gun related stuff.

Wtf why would he fly into any metro DC airport like that?

3
Skywise 3 points ago +3 / -0

Although... if he took a private plane, how'd the police know he was on it? I don't think private flights require publicizing passenger lists?

Government law enforcement is not to protect you, it’s to protect government. That is why blm and antifa were left alone because they are a bunch of butt plugged wearing homos. And done get me started on the so called females. Actual strong threats will be dealt with in the fashion that we are seeing. I’ve stated before that the law volumes that exist, every single one of could be charged with a crime at this very second

lmao dude has the whole FBI on him while black supremacist groups have been organizing across the country the past 10 or whatever months.

The government is not our government.
