He was arrested in DC after getting off the plane.

The District of Columbia prohibits the possession, sale or other transfer of any large capacity ammunition feeding device, regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. This includes possession.

He fucked up. Or it was planted.

Weird that the DC cops were staked out at the airport over a burned flag...

He was on a list and they waited until he was in DC so they had some charges. Or it was planted. Over a BLM flag...

He didn't fuck up. The District of Columbia fucked up by disregarding the Constitution.

100% true.

Take that and $1 million in lawyer fees to court and you have a 10% chance of winning your case. Sadly.

'Pedes can up those odds if the momentum of the 6th is not lost. There's no reason to let up at all until everyone is free and Trump is able to do his job without distraction.

He wouldn't have been able to get on the plane if he had high capacity mags (or mags of any kind for that matter) on him or in his luggage.

Legal in checked bags. Depending on destination. Can fly into Reagan with gun, mags, and ammo if declared and stored properly.

If checked bags, they could have been planted on him at the airport

I think they can go as stowed luggage. Maybe carry-on if empty. Airlines may differ.

But when you land in DC you are now under DC law.

this is egregious. our first amendment doesn't stop at a state's border. weak SCOTUS made this possible.

(meanwhile Justice Thomas is a national treasure.)
