I'm really cautious of ANYTHING that the government tries to tell us at this point. I don't care if you have confirmation bias and you really, REALLY want aliens to come save us from this gay planet, but we just spent the last YEAR being lied to about a fake virus.
Project Bluebeam is the supposed name of a government program meant to use the THREAT of aliens and the ILLUSION of Hollywood-born holographic projections to corral humanity under the chains of global government. I seriously wouldn't put it past them. The old roman phrase "qui bono?" ("who benefits?") applies here. If "aliens" are disclosed, and they're friendly and they want to talk or trade or whatever, FINE, I'm all for it.
But the moment the government says "Hey guys, aliens are here and they promise you the stars and immortality, all you have to do is surrender your guns and freedom and unite as one"...
