All I can drink these days in session. I switched from an embarrassing amount of daily hoppy beers about a year ago because I started getting sick in the morning. I don't like to admit it but I think it's the gluten. Now I drink even more individually because the alcohol is lower in the seltzers but I feel so much better and lost 11 pounds in the first two weeks of switching.

Dude... I think beer ruined gluten for me too wtf!!! I used to go beer tasting every weekend, drank 6ish hoppy IPAs every night, but after a few years of that I too would get sick. Diarrhea and nausea every morning. I did an elimination diet, and gluten was the cause. Now even a tiny bit of wheat will send me into a shitsplosion on the toilet. The beer did it to me :(
