Um... have you been alseep for the past 2 months. There's no chain of custody, no signature matching and no ID for mail in ballots AND they're still using Dominion. Why will it be the voters fault?

If Perdue won with Dominion last time (49.7%), why would he not win this time if everybody votes again and brings other people with them? They only had the capability to rig one race via Dominion Software.
