Looks like the nose of the deceased guy is pointing a bit to the right, and a couple of spots on his skin do not show on the Epstein pic below. The eyebrows of the deceased are very thick, while Epsteins left eyebrow looks a bit sparse. The corpse also look a bit more bald, a little bit only...
