Hell no that’s not him. Just look at his left eyebrow in his mug shot and it tapers off to hardly anything and in the death photo he looks like Groucho Marx! He is still alive at qitmo!
You're correct. But without additional photos, it's difficult to tell. I think that might be a lighting issue from the bottom photo. We'd need more photos.
