I determined that by listening to his speech. Listen to the Body Language chick if it makes you feel better. He sounds as defiant as ever but there is doubt and he isn’t making definitive statements about consequences for this blatant fraud. He has used the word “hope” lots of times. As in he “hopes” Pence will do the right thing. I would expect POTUS and VPOTUS would be on the same page. Art of War? I sure fucking hope so!
