Yes. My guess is there are GPL/opensource libraries one could use, probably find a bunch on Github, and someone who can code could modify it, make a simply page UI front-end. I've seen a handful of free online/server-side apps for maps. Outside my skillset though.
I landed from Texas around 4:30PM. Walked to dinner by myself from my hotel. Sat down to eat on the street (restaurants are outdoor seating only). Struck up a conversation w/ two patriots, one from Seattle, the other from NY. Both dialed in to everything - based. Steak dinners all the way around. The NY patriot was kind enough to pick up the tab.
