If they have a warrant for him (they do) and know he’s in the car (they did if they were watching him (legal to do in public (where he was))), that is enough reason to stop it.

Idk, too much free time.

That’s not tyranny, it’s perfectly legal to monitor anyone for any crime.

I don’t think they should’ve wasted their time, but it seems perfectly legal based on the info coming out. I’d rather the agencies be disbanded and the agents hanged, but not because of legal actions they’ve committed.

Are we talking about Obama using the IRS to target conservatives or cops investigating a crime within the purview of the law? The first is tyrrany the second is not. Both of these things can be true: Property crimes investigations are a good thing, targeting people based on politics is not.
