The Catacombs!! You don't ever need to see the light of day when you work on the hill. You walk from building to building, including the Capitol, in a labyrinth of underground tunnels. There are even oversized golf carts that run through them.

There are shops, barbers, dry cleaning, etc. You could easily get lost down there. But it's very cool seeing all the Congress critters scurrying about.
