Me and my fiancée are now a statistic and are Covid positive. My world has ended, my career is shot, death is knocking at my doorstep and life is over for us.

Just kidding. Other than regular flu symptoms, things are fine. Started with a slight cough Wed and progressed into some muscle ache with me sleeping pretty much all day yesterday. She's taking it a bit harder as just having recovered from laparoscopic surgery last week - the energy drain for her has been pretty substantial.

Guess what? If it happens, it happens. If it didn't, it didn't. We'll get over it, move on and continue our lives. Don't let the flu scare you into submission of your rights. That's never, ever a thing.

Edit: I'm really feeling the love here, everyone. Thank you all very, very much for your best wishes, advice, and kind words! We'll get through it. Just a matter of time.

Start taking 10mg zinc, two aspirin and 5000ius of vitamin D3 daily brother. Ensure your piss is always clear, as covid is primarily an inflammation disorder (not respiratory infection), the more hydrated you are the less likely your blood will clot and your blood oxygenation will drop. When red blood cells become inflamed gas exchange at the alveoli level becomes much less efficient. This leads to all the downstream effects that actually cause the damage (in serious cases (2/1000)), aside from that take it easy, keep active, you'l be completely fine. GL!
