What's up with that folks? Was it a snub because Perdue didn't say he wouldn't certify?

EDIT: PERDUE IS IN QUARINTINE. thanks for the quick reply Pedes. Perdue still should've just taken a test to prove he was negative and showed up anyways.

Perdue isn’t there. He is quarantined due to a staffer testing positive with Wuhan Flu.
