Yes. He could theoretically just kick the electoral vote back to the GA legislature and tell them to fix it.

I agree with you. The only date that is written in The Constitution is Jan 20th, everything else is statutory (meaning it can be changed, such as Jan 6).
Remember we need to run the clock out too. Only date in the constitution is the 20th. Wednesday is just a show that can be changed any day prior to the 20th. The objective hee has always been the STATE LEGISLATORS to DE-CERTIFY. All 5 except NV start 2021 sessions today through the 13th and will de-certify one by one. If they did this too quickly through special sessions over the past few weeks if gives the Dems time to use their corrupt Judges to flip it back. The closer to the 20th the better to limit their options. In the end this is going to 50 state vote in the house on the 19th. Trump will WIN!
