Yes. He could theoretically just kick the electoral vote back to the GA legislature and tell them to fix it.

I thought that as well. I think the only day set in stone is January 20th

I agree with you. The only date that is written in The Constitution is Jan 20th, everything else is statutory (meaning it can be changed, such as Jan 6).
