And I would think that someone as high profile as he is would know better. No point attracting unnecessary problems.
It's not even murder, the entire pretext for arresting him is over a flag burning, which he clearly didn't do.
IMO any charges are a way for the police to keep him locked up for the next three days.
Some chick my wife was listening to on tiktok claims to have read the report and while it said he pled guilty, it didn't mention any magazines.
Edit: I couldn't find anything yet regarding a police report.
