Yep. The strobes have the same effect as flash grenades. It temporarily blinds you and slows perceived movement down. Look at their chest when confronted with them and don’t look up. They’re wearing them on their helmets. It seems there has been some coordinated actions by both police and these commies. The police are hearing what you are saying though. The “defunding police then Antifa needs protected” strikes a nerve with them. Try your best to make light conversation with them. It will go a long way...even if you think they don’t agree with the protest, ask the cops. “What’s your take on all this? Your children need a secure world to grow up in... you need a secure job to retire from...all this won’t happen under Biden, ya know?” They’re not dumb, someone is pulling their strings.
