Likewise, on Jan 6, any objection to Biden Electors must gain a majority vote in the Senate and majority vote in 435 member House which is 222-213 (D). Impossible.
The only non-military political path to victory I see is VP Pence refusing to count the votes of the problem states and denying both candidates 270 votes and kicking it to the House for vote by State Delegation.
The last option is how I see it playing out. I think Pence kicks it down to the house. Objectively it's going to be career suicide if he doesn't. I've found in life for the most part people act selfishly and always favor themselves. I think he stalls it.
