The only detaining will be the corrupt DC cops not getting away from the crowd

Remember, you can't talk yourself out of being arrested, but you can absolutely talk yourself into being arrested.

All that needs to be said are any of the following:

"I wanna lawyer". "I am not speaking without a lawyer present". "I am not speaking without an attorney present". "I decline to answer any questions without presence of legal counsel".

Also, "officer, am I being charged with a crime or am I free to go?"

They don't answer the question is how police keep physically harassing you.

If you walk away they may deem you "resisting arrest". Seen it happen on many citizen video taping police.

This FOR HOURS. They know this game and play the waiting game to try and get you to crack. Ask a question and sit silent for minutes hoping you will fill the awkwardness with talking.

Remember: if DC police are trying to arrest one of your fellow patriots DON'T let it happen. They can't take on the masses

Oathbreakers are NOT legitimate Law Enforcement. Do not comply with Oathbreakers. Relieve them of their badge and weapon, they are traitors.

Oh really? As if we have rights like the elites have rights. No more law for thee and not for me bull shit. Your rights are how many people are pointing guns at your captors.

Good thing I’ll be in DC tomorrow with my MAGA attorney dad.

Better advice is to not say shit period. Let counsel do ALL the talking. Unless you’re in front of a judge. Then follow directions and advice of counsel.

Most of the experts say explicitly invoking your right to silence is better. Actual silence is interpreted as resistance, but they're not allowed to interpret your right to silence that way, and the judge won't.

Sadly yes, I believe a recent court case ruled that silence can be incriminatory whereas it certainly wasn't before.

You should watch the don't talk to cops video by the lawyer and guest cop on youtube if you have not already.

Also "I don't consent to any searches"

If you are arrested , give em name only and demand a.lawyer . Repeat

Could save your life.

Didn't somebody call the little green hats from the National Lawyers Guild like Antifa has?

You just yell your full name at them while you're getting arrested. ezpz
