Pence cannot just not reject or accept any competing slates. Imagine if that dirty crook Biden had that power 4 years ago. Killary would be in power now.

What will happen is this: Pence will get to the states that sent in TWO SETS OF SLATES and without opening any of them he will ask the question to the state legislators of each state. Something like, "HAVE THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE BEEN FOLLOWED?" They will then need to decide which slate to put forward. This will take more than a week. The EVIDENCE OF FRAUD will be presented to the Senate during the vote for the world to see. Then the legislators will have come back with an answer in a so many days. Maybe after the result of the SENATE INQUIRY BY CRUZ. Don't forget, it is against the law for legislators to certify the wrong slate.

So it's most likely they or AT LEAST 3 OF THEM will refuse to return any slates. If so neither Trump or that piece of shit Biden will get the required 270. Then it will go to a vote with each state getting one vote each. This is the pathway to winning this election. It is fully legal under the constitution and is the most likely way it will happen. This is going right down to the wire. The 18th or 19th before it's won.

To sum up, if Pence could just select the winner then the Constitution would be enabling a dictatorship. No one person can or should have that much power and the founding fathers would never have given anyone that much power.
