Script for email and/or voice (REMEBER to SAY your Name and State) The California State ballots used for the November 3, 2020 elections are missing mandated statutory law language according to California Election Code §13200 that went in to effect January 1, 2020. We request that you share this information with other Congressional Representatives and the President and Vice President. California’s 55 Electoral College votes should NOT be counted. They are non-compliant and as stated in the mandated statutory law California Election Code §13200 “Ballots not printed in accordance with this chapter shall not be cast nor counted in any election.” In 53 of the 58 Counties, mandated language of Election Code §13205 (b) was missing from the ballots and in the 5 remaining counties, mandated language of Election Code** §13205 (c)** was missing from the ballots. Both of these paragraphs give instructions to the voters regarding the election of the Electors representing the State at the Electoral College election for the President and Vice President.

New California State, Paul Preston is asking the Sutter Superior Court to order all alleged “votes” from these defective ballots be totally disregarded. The filed Law Suit case is #CVCS20-2188 at the Sutter County Superior Court. A shortening of time for a hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2020 has been requested.
