Anybody else getting emerg notification sound on phone but no text?

Has happened three times in the last half hour. It's like the amber alert noise but no scroll or text

Yakima WA 15 year old girl is in danger from a man that is from AZ. He lured her in through social media and they found her with him in AZ, got her back here to Yakima. Apparently she was taking out the trash today at 11:20am and he kidnapped her. He has threatened to take her and kill her family.
