Yeah no one said combining them. But as far as I know you can certainly carry bottles of kerosene and last I checked cloth isnt illegal. At least not yet. Im sure somehow some leftie commie shill will decide fabric is racist or some bullshit. But for the time being, all totally legal.

ATF cares about how you use it sometimes, which is why a brace isn’t a stock as long as it only makes “incidental contact” with your shoulder.

I believe they also classify shoelace and beltloops as machine guns, depending on how you use them.

Basically, if it has some very common legal use but could also be used to recreate a banned thing, they put it in this kind of limbo.
