It's also generally separated between men and women, because people get fully nude and get massaged on those platforms. It's weird to see the girls in the video not just in the bath house but they seem to be dressed in Roman slave girl outfits and they are working the bath house, which is also odd. There doesn't appear to be anyone from their family around. Girls that young would be with their mom if in the bath house at all.
