United States v. White, 401 U.S. 745 (1971), was a SCOTUS decision which held that recording conversations using concealed radio transmitters worn by informants doesn’t violate the 4th Amendment protection against unreasonable searches & seizures, & thus doesn’t require a warrant. It’s one piece of the puzzle. I’m just starting to dive into this. I think Lin is saying that he has a recorded conversation and it's legal based on what US vs White states and Roberts ruled on it and it’s some BAD SHIT. Bad evil shit.
