There's always recourse. Everyone needs to rise up, en masse, and shake the blood-sucking fleas off of them. A quarter of your population in the streets with cricket bats backpacks of stones is a force to be reckoned with--and one that should make sure that you have your own version of the 2nd Amendment when it's all over, so you get your arms back...so you don't ever have to do it again with bats and rocks.
