Because the courts have no constitutional role in this. The evidence that is gathered is supposed to be presented to congress and the states so they can decide what to do with the votes. In the end the constitutional solution is by state legislators not any court.
True, but the state executive and judicial branches usurped the power of state legislators and the Supreme Court failed in their duty to uphold that aspect of the consitution.
Yes and thats a battle for Trumps second term. Right now what matters is he gets that second term and the only path is through the state legislatures and congress and the only way to get them to toe the line is to get the masses riled up and ready to occupy state capitals. This is already happened organically and if Trump asks for it like the Jan 6th event you can bet his base and many other will join in to do it.
