Right now what matters is he gets that second term and the only path is through the state legislatures and congress and the only way to get them to toe the line is to get the masses riled up and ready to occupy state capitals. This is already happened organically and if Trump asks for it like the Jan 6th event you can bet his base and many other will join in to do it.

Again the evidence has to be presented to congress and the states as it pertains to the election. Punishing the offenders is secondary.
