While masculinity is often associated with male attractiveness it isn't necessarily. You can have an effeminate male that is still attractive to women and who elicits the same response from women. There are many factors that go into attractiveness with masculinity being one of them.
You can actually observe the exact same response as these women in men when an attractive woman gives men attention, men also radiate a similar outward expression as these women but the male version of it. Women often describe it as the man being noticeably attentive their needs.
I only point out the difference because suggesting that all a man needs to do to have women look at them like this is become more masculine is wrong and could lead someone astray. Some men, no matter how masculine they are, lack the attractiveness required. Keep in mind, Donald Trump is a very attractive man overall. In your specific case, the changes to your body and personality (confidence/energy) from working out may be the main factor, not anything to do with masculinity.
A great example would be the nice guy nerds growing up who see the success all the seemingly asshole guys have with women so the nerds start acting like assholes. They still don't find any success. Why? Because the actual causation of a man's success is his overall attractiveness and something like acting like an asshole may have actually been working against many men but their otherwise overall attractiveness in other areas more than made up for the deficiency in personality.

Without that, most men are left with nothing. Sure, in theory you could create a business, become a politician or some other aspect to give your life meaning and an ability to contribute toward one's community. That's easier said than done and in a society where western women aren't worth living for, chances are the community itself isn't either because it's the community that made western women undesirable in the first place. That essentially leaves not much in the way of purpose for most men.

The overwhelming overabundance of MAGA single men and complete lack of single MAGA women for them is a nationwide epidemic, even in red areas.
