It wouldn't be 100% conservatives. Not everyone has a job especially with the lockdowns and shutdowns in some places. And some people are well off and can afford to take a few weeks or a month and stick around. Some could even work remotely from a hotel or rental near DC and occupy before/after work.
The occupy movement was always too static. Occupy Wallstreet hit too close to home for the elites, so they infiltrated it and changed the anger from 1% to White "racists". Now its shitty BLM.
