Got my test results for king flu yesterday, what do you know? Positive! One thing I don’t get? My lovely GF tested negative, even though she has the same symptoms BEFORE I do, and tells me what’s going wrong before I even know.... guess I fit their demographics and she didn’t. 😛

Why did you get tested for? Thanks for feeding the beast with that all for confirming that you need to rest and get well.

Got tested reluctantly because my job does temp screenings and all that fun shit. Didn’t have much of a choice.

COVID-19 is not real. It has never been isolated therefore it cannot have an actual test or vaccine. You may have tested positive for a coronavirus they have isolated and you contracted in your youth, but not COVID-19.

Regardless of what it is, I know my body isn’t normal, and I’ve never in almost 30 years lost a sense entirely. Whether the testing itself is bunk I can agree. If there’s nothing going on I must have super powers to turn off a sense entirely. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve lost taste and smell with the common flue. It comes back in a couple days. Try tapioca pudding, it’s a trip!

Haha, I’ve lost taste and smell as well before... just not like this. Still have taste. But I can literally not smell a single thing, not a faint smell or anything. There’s zero sense stimulation at all. It’s trippy!

What symptoms have you had?

Overly tired, shortness of breathe, nausea, and zero smell. Oh and a headache and I stubbed my toe so that’s probably related to it as well!

Hope it's over and done quickly. Most people I'm hearing don't get very ill.

Not feeling too down, just really tired. Feels like mono more than anything. Slightly labored breathing but nothing too much. Not even coughing abnormally...

That’s what I’d compare it too, mono.

On the bright side, in about a week you will both be immune. Get well soon, both of you!

PCR test = makes millions of copies of whatever is in your nose. That means you can have a tiny, tiny amount of the virus in there, not enough to even get you sick, and holy crap, that PCR test makes millions and millions of copies until you get a positive result.

My 77 year old father had it. He felt like crap for about a week but beat it. Quercetin, zinc, vitamin C and D.

Not the virus, a protein that’s supposed to be on “the virus” that they synthesized to make the test cuz they didn’t actually have an isolated copy when they made it.

DO A SECOND TEST: The test is not reliable because of false-positives!!!

Good luck!!!!

Considering I know what’s going on with me, I don’t need the test to tell me I have it. Lol it’s accurate, what isn’t accurate is the fact that the GF tested negative and she’s doing worse than I am. 🤔 other than being overly tired, slight breathing issues, and zero sense of smell I feel normal.

I wish you getting well soon!
