If that is the case and they want people there, go for it. I just thought it was dumb to protect an empty house. A week ago everyone here was shitting on Hawley for his vote on the spending bill, now it looked like people were trying to lay down their life to save his throw pillows.

Oh I agree, that would be pointless. And yeah, it’s hard to know who to trust at this point. Virtually none of the politicians have our interests in mind.
