If you won't protect HAWLEY'S home, then you have no right to pat yourself on the back for not wearing a mask in the store while condemning others for it. Where are all the big talking patriots? We need to shoo Antifa out of there!!

Dude Ive dislocated both shoulder, have had two surgeries left and one right. Neither are worth a shit anymore. Shoulders are by far the most painful injuries and surgeries I have ever had

No joke, my shoulder was absolute shit until I got into body building and started doing hanging exercises. I went from not being able to lift anything without pain/not being able to raise my left hand above my head for seven years to restoring all function and only having pain when leaning on the shoulder for a few minutes.

I can not even imagine doing any exercise involving my shoulders. I cant hang from anything lol. Push ups are impossible. My left shoulder needs a replacement its so worn and has lost so much cartilige. Maybe im just not doing things right

Get on Youngevity's Healthy Bone and Joint Pak or something like it that provides dietary glucosamine and gelatin. I think InfoWars sells similar products.

Basically if you don't provide your bones, tendons and skin with enough building blocks, then those building blocks don't get built and neither does the replacement bones/tendons/skin.

Think chicken soup, where the gristle/cartilage is liquefied. Throw a whole bird in a pot for 4-6 hours, add yummy shit. How else will your body replace it?

Something with hyaluronic acid is huge, too. I heard that you can get injections of substances with it into low-cartilage areas and it usually helps. Nutrition and physical therapy are about it unless you can afford a shoulder replacement.
