If you won't protect HAWLEY'S home, then you have no right to pat yourself on the back for not wearing a mask in the store while condemning others for it. Where are all the big talking patriots? We need to shoo Antifa out of there!!

I have been sliced from just below my sternum to just above my peep. I have broken my collar bone. I have suffered a level 5 separation of the shoulder.
By far, the separation was the most painful to experience and recover from. Cutting through the abs left me bed-ridden for a month but it was mostly painless as long as you didn’t move a lot.. Moving lead to a dull pain. The broke collar bone left me in a sling with a moderate soreness and a feeling of pressure like there was weight on my arm for a few weeks and then only pain with stress following. The separation was immense throbbing pain after the accident which didn’t go away for weeks and then slowly lessened over the course of a few months. It felt like my shoulder was being crushed by a car. Sleeping was almost impossible. Even over 10 years later, I still can’t sleep on my left shoulder or hold any weight on it for more than a few minutes.
Dude Ive dislocated both shoulder, have had two surgeries left and one right. Neither are worth a shit anymore. Shoulders are by far the most painful injuries and surgeries I have ever had
No joke, my shoulder was absolute shit until I got into body building and started doing hanging exercises. I went from not being able to lift anything without pain/not being able to raise my left hand above my head for seven years to restoring all function and only having pain when leaning on the shoulder for a few minutes.
I can not even imagine doing any exercise involving my shoulders. I cant hang from anything lol. Push ups are impossible. My left shoulder needs a replacement its so worn and has lost so much cartilige. Maybe im just not doing things right
