In January, 2020 they poured out 'fear porn' to coerce the world into draconian measures. Perhaps more specifically as signal for flimsy excuse from those under influence of China around the world. Why were these videos of citizens being locked up, or collapsing into spontaneous convulsions released? They were painting this as a '28 Days Later' disease.
Once the bait was taken they began promoting false view that they had everything under control and factories were open. They've been pumping fabricated productivity numbers and electricity usage to sell idea to morons to send money to China's markets as safe haven, keep their own veneer of a functioning economy going through one more round of cooked books.
The propaganda above is to further sell the idea that China recovered and is safe to do business. Typical commie crap. Everything a central control system touches creates another problem. Those problems pile up until something embarrassing comes to light. It requires an infinite amount of energy to constantly mind and tweak everything. Wherein a decentralized system, individuals pursuing their own business interests, everyone has incentive to mind far more parts of a messy reality. China rounds up a bunch of people and puts them into a party, films it, and puts that out to the world as if that's what's going on in the country. Reality is they've had massive unrest. The world doesn't get to see much of that.
Because they blowtorch-sealed everybody who was sick into their apartment until they either got better on their own or died.
