I like the idea especially because I've been trying to lose a little weight and I know it's mainly balanced with caloric intake. I've been having days where I skip eating and then you can eat whatever you want on the off day. Already lost 5 lb haven't even been doing it that long (got into a bad junk food kick with being stuck at home)

Yes, not for people in DC. I can’t go, so that’s why I chose to fast.

We have a group fasting & praying tomorrow to hold up our brothers & sisters who will be in DC. Praying travel safety, protection, peace & much love over them.
