It isn’t worth the trouble for employers to fire and then have to rehire and retrain new employees over this. Everyone knows it’s bullshit. Now, other people at my work are also not taking tests/refusing.

Fellow Pedes, if you are confronted with a similar situation, remind them HIPAA protects your privacy in all health related matters. You do NOT have to disclose your vaccination status or health conditions to an employer. The most they can do is tell you to stay home if you are sick, and they don't have a right to know what illness is making you sick.
I'm legit curious if anyone knows if this applies to subcontractors as well? ie a therapist that is subcontracted to work in multiple assisted living facilities?
You have to provide written consent to share your medical records, regardless of who wants to see them.
Yep...noted that 🐸 I wasn't sure if a vaccination can be legally required of an employee or subcontractor. I work with some very anal clients and have a feeling this is going to be a question that will arise in the next few months... even for people who may only be on-site at their location a day or two.
Unless it's military, government, or health care, I doubt they have any legal basis for insisting upon it. How far everyone is willing to go to keep their jobs will be up to them.
Can they afford to run the camp if no one is willing?
Oh.....people will be willing. Lol.
