It isn’t worth the trouble for employers to fire and then have to rehire and retrain new employees over this. Everyone knows it’s bullshit. Now, other people at my work are also not taking tests/refusing.

My mom is waiting on getting a rapid test after being exposed. If she tests positive, I have to quarantine from work. That’s ALL I’m doing (only because I still get paid/don’t use vacation). If they ask me to take a test, I will refuse. Not joining their tracking system.
