My job told me that I needed a covid test to come back to work. I told them that I wouldn’t be coming back. They changed their mind immediately.

It isn’t worth the trouble for employers to fire and then have to rehire and retrain new employees over this. Everyone knows it’s bullshit. Now, other people at my work are also not taking tests/refusing.

I feel the same about this as I do any diversity/unconscious bias training.

I say no, if they don't like it I walk.
