It isn’t worth the trouble for employers to fire and then have to rehire and retrain new employees over this. Everyone knows it’s bullshit. Now, other people at my work are also not taking tests/refusing.

When they say it's not personal and they care about your safety. Tell them IT IS and YOU NO LONGER DO.
