My job told me that I needed a covid test to come back to work. I told them that I wouldn’t be coming back. They changed their mind immediately.

It isn’t worth the trouble for employers to fire and then have to rehire and retrain new employees over this. Everyone knows it’s bullshit. Now, other people at my work are also not taking tests/refusing.

I am recommending my employees take the free government 14 day paid leave. They made this stupid rule, I will rub their face in it. I have one employee that has done it 3 times in 8 months. I am not mad at them. The government is paying me to let you stay home. Do it.
