Define over run? If they say they are at capacity then they aren't considered overun. They are considered understaffed.

If they simply hire less people or let people go, their capacity shrinks. You need X doctors for X amount of people. It makes no sense where elective surgery has gone down considerably, so let's take the plastic surgeons off... That in turns brings down capacity.

Hospitals are designed to maintain a high % of capacity, that's called a business model. That's like saying McDonalds is at capacity because it's ordering just the right amount of burgers for the people who come in daily.

It's 100% a normal seasonal flu, just like every 2 years, there are those like you who swear up and down it's special some how. The only way it is special is that there are people who's job it was to intentionally spread it to cause hysteria, if you don't think 1-5 people being hired for a job like this specifically out of 7.5 billion people and that they couldn't do it effectively enough to get it into most hot zones, then that is called ignorance.

This virus, just like SARs, H1N1, Zika Virus, etc etc always comes and rears it's head around an election. Every, damn, time.

My personal belief is it is the wildcard to bring into play to alter electoral processes, health processes, and massive mail in ballots was the ace up the sleeve that you can only play once. It was predictable, and always looming in the background for when they needed it most.

Now I don't deny that this virus exists, and that people are sick. Is it an issue? No. People get sick people get better. If all we lost was 300,000 people from this great fucking job, that's only 0.1% of the population of America. Fucking worst disease can only get a tenth of a percent of us. So scary right?
